min being 800x600 would be good.

I would also like to see a full-screen version that can handle up to
1280x1024 if possible

Why not design for higher resolutions and have it scale down for the lower ones? And/or have adjustable viewport grip bars, so at a high res you can have a bigger chat box, or bigger sidebar, or viewport (though the "fog of war" would still prevent you from seeing further than you should.)

This isn't the 20th century. People can handle resolutions of 1024x768 just fine, if not higher. 1024x768 is a good, safe resolution for games, though.

The biggest problem I find with a lot of games with adjustable resolutions is the lack of the ability to change the size of the text. That should be a concern, IMO.

Edit: I forgot to mention my res. I use 1280x960.

1024 x 768 here. I really think a minimum would be 800 x 600, but i'd really prefer 1024 x 768 because if you got a decently big monitor 800 x 600 could be a disaster.

I'm with Mani, 1024*768 here. Full Screen. Always played Akarra on full screen, and as someone pointed out, it ran smoother that way, same with all games.
So full-screen all the way.

FYI the text size is a user problem, you can easy change that by going to display properties/settings/Advanced/General then change the FONT DPI, normal is 96, large is 120, but then there is custom so you can make it higher then 120 if you want.

In game text sizes generally are unaffected by the font size you use... Especially when a game changes the resolution you view at by simply scaling what you're looking at.

I have no problem with Daria or any of it's other staff. It was changed in response to his lies about fixing it, which he did NOT do.

Yep, that's what I'm talking about. Text not rendered by standard fonts.
