|Development during week 42-2006
On the code part there has not been much progress because of exams, but we have created more artwork for the world and some new items (though they will probably not appear in SA2).
One thing that has happened though is that we have worked on some server-side optimizations. Entities that are "out of scope" (not affecting players) can now enter "sleep mode", and we've also reduced the overall bandwidth for network packets.
Planned development during week 43-2006
We must still correct that problem with item categories that I mentioned the other week. The trade GUI hasn't been created either. Another thing that is planned is the editor for designing NPCs and NPC "rigs" (animation groups).

Current likelyhood of a December release: Ahead of planning (by roughly three weeks)
